All Ideas Matter (AIM) Forum
This initiative provides an opportunity to all employees to bring forward ideas that they think will add value to our clients, customers or the business. If their idea is implemented, the nominee is rewarded and benefits are achieved.
In July we caught up with some of our ingenious colleagues who submitted ideas, now in operation, via our All Ideas Matter forum. Well done ladies!

Not everyone is as Social Media savvy as we might think. An idea proposed via our AIM forum was to offer a one hour, brown-bag session at lunchtime to employees interested in opening or improving their existing social media accounts, but weren't sure how. Separate intro sessions to LinkedIn and Twitter are run on ongoing basis by our Marketing Dept.
