Our Recognition Group has a remit to recognise exceptional achievement at team and individual level across Capita Customer Solutions and to ensure that people and teams who go ‘above & beyond’ for our clients and the business are appropriately acknowledged and rewarded. 

Nominations are invited by the Recognition Group and following their evaluation of all entries, winners are announced across the company and are awarded the accolade of either ‘Employee of the Month’ or ‘Team of the Quarter’.

Another great initiative by our Recognition Group! This week they’ve launched their ‘Golden Ticket’ campaign that runs throughout the month of September. Managers have been issued golden tickets to present to team members to recognise hard work, positive attitude and going over & above for clients and colleagues. Golden Tickets awarded each week will be entered in a draw every Friday afternoon. Winners will be presented with their prizes; including Samsung Galaxy tablets, vouchers (shopping, Ticket Master, cinema, etc.), wine & chocolates.
